Intek Plastics acquires a large Wisconsin plastics extruder

HASTINGS, Minn.—Intek Plastics is proud to announce the acquisition of a 72,000-square-foot extrusion facility in Medford, Wisconsin. HASTINGS, MN -- Kevin Hogan has joined Intek Plastics, LLC as CEO. Intek’s CEO for the past eight years, Jill Hesselroth, is retiring effective 1/1/2024. Most recently, Hogan was CEO of Diversified Plastics, Inc. (DPI) a 100% employee-owned contract manufacturer of injection molded parts, with a significant presence in the medical device and industrial water filtration markets.
